Refund and Returns Policy

EZone Pacific is committed to quality and 100% customer satisfaction. If you’re not satisfied with the order/product, you may apply for return/replacement. The following Terms for warranty will be applied (but not limited to):
All Products supplied are BRAND NEW which are warranted against defects in design, workmanship, and materials. The warranties shall be for a 14days period calculated from the date of delivery. The following conditions will VOID the warranty:

  • Misuse or mishandling of component/product, including minor damages.
  • Modification or repair of the component/product.
  • No claim will be entertained for Burnt/short circuit cases due to any reason and in any condition.
  • Fault due to wrong installation of component/spares, use of non-recommended device/accessories with the product.
  • Sales Returns would only be entertained if components are returned in the same good condition and packing, in which they were sold/delivered.
  • Respected customers are required to intimate the seller within 24hours of order delivery regarding the claim. Parcel Opening video is must to provide by the customer in case of wrong item claim.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • The company reserves all the rights to accept/reject any claim without prior notice.
